Executive Summary

This proposal seeks to expand the RootstockCollective Ambassador Program by appointing three regional ambassadors based in Japan, the UAE, and Hong Kong. Their primary mission will be to amplify RootstockCollective’s visibility through promotional activities such as hosting local meetups, running social media campaigns, and representing the DAO at regional events. Unlike previous cohorts, these ambassadors will focus exclusively on outreach and promotion, not community moderation or educational content. Compensation will remain 1,000 USDC/month per ambassador, managed through the RootstockCollective Foundation on behalf of the DAO.

Problem Statement

RootstockCollective lacks direct presence and visibility in key innovation hubs across Asia and the Middle East. These regions are home to vibrant crypto communities and strong Bitcoin/DeFi adoption potential, yet the DAO has no structured ambassadors operating locally. Without targeted presence, the DAO misses out on building trust, relevance, and connections in these strategic markets.

Proposed Solution/Action

This proposal introduces three regionally focused ambassadors who will:

• Organize and host at least one in-person meetup per month in their city (Tokyo, Dubai/Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong).
• Lead or co-host at least one X Space or online promotional event per month.
• Create a minimum of four social media posts per month (in English and/or local language) aligned with DAO priorities.
• Represent RootstockCollective at regional crypto events when possible.

The RootstockCollective Foundation will:

• Appoint and oversee the three ambassadors.
• Validate deliverables (meetup reports, social posts, X Spaces).
• Disburse the monthly salary.
